ADHD screening

The Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS) is the screening tool recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO)

Below you will find a series of questions and multiple choice answers that form part of our version of the Adult ADHD Self-Reporting Scale (ASRS). This short questionnaire is designed to help identify patterns of attention, focus, and impulsivity that may suggest ADHD-related traits in adults. Your responses can provide useful insights into how these behaviours may influence everyday activities, work, and relationships, and can support further conversations about assessment and next steps.
